Falconry originated in China over 4,000 years ago. It is believed to have been practiced in Saxon England with native species and the Crusaders later brought back experienced falconers from the Holy Land. It was very popular as a hunting method up until the invention of the gun after which it fell into decline. The age old sport of falconry was practiced more by the nobility. These days there is no social barrier and people in all walks of life enjoy participating in falconry.
We feel totally privileged to be involved with these beautiful birds of prey on a daily basis and to be able to share this fantastic experience with members of the public.
